Why are you interested in joining the staff team?: Well because this is the start of a new server which really caught my eye i like the effort and hardwork that's been put into making it, it would honestly be my very pleasure to help maintain it and keep watch over it, also i'd like to join because of my activity as  i can help people continuously and with a good heart.  I think i can really be of usefulness to this community. i will keep a close watch to those who even have the thought of breaking the rules and if they do so be it they'll be punished accordingly to their actions, i would like the privilege to work alongside all of the staff team so that we can keep the server at bay and in a nice fashionly order i will do everything within my power to help and assist when needed. With this i would be a lot more concentrated and determined into helping the community to strive for the best outcome at all times, i will try to show improvement everytime there's something going on and will try to have the most claims to show how serious i am. What makes you stand out from others?: I am determined as much as one can be i strive for my goals wholeheartedly and with my upmost seriousness once i set myself to do something i only give up when i see that the respective goal isn't made for me to be achieved, i will give my loyalty to the server my hardwork and efforts that way i hope i'll make all in the staff team happy by showing them how much i care about the stability of the server, i am an observant person i always observe and act accordingly towards a person i won't make rash decisions that will eventually lead to mistakes and i will put everything piece to piece until i solve the puzzle ahead of me that way i will get the culprit punished for his/her actions and no one innocent in the matter will suffer consequences for my mistakes, i won't act harsh towards the players nor towards the ones who broke the rules i will resolve everything "by the book" and see it through to the end with the best outcome possible. What will you bring to the staff team?: My complete and utter seriousness, my devotion, teamworking spirit and most importantly. Result i'll try to do better each time and to complete the tasks laid ahead of me  Why should you become part of our staff team?: because i'm a calm person who knows how to handle things rationally, also i'm a friendly and reasonable guy so i can see right from wrong therefore i won't judge a player based on what i hear alone i will make my own investigation on the matter and act as professionally as humanly possible also the staff team needs members as the server is new and i think i have my own set of qualities that will make me a suitable staff member i don't take shit kindly towards a server i like and i will do my damn best to protect it from the likes of those who minge and/or break rules etc. i am reliable meaning that i'm not gonna be given a task and then sit idly by until someone sees me and pitifully explains me what i also need to do in that the matter at hand. i'm confident enough in what i have and can do and i'm not gonna "play it by the ear" if something need to be said or complained about because it causes damage to the community in anyway then damn me i will do it, i will enforce every possible rule in those who don't know them only if they drive me to the point of doing it. i like cooperating as i don't feel like a lone wolf i like things done in a team because after all that's why we're a staff "team" not individually doing our own we help each other as much as we help the players in need, last but not least i'm Mature and not in the saying that i'm at the age of 18 that doesn't necessarily make you mature at all, it's all about the mindset i have for myself as i am a very "sly" person if need be i'm getting things done using reasonable methods and so on i don't act half-minded and i do very much know how to act responsibly in important matters. since i first joined the server i knew this server will have a good run, and so i wanna keep the server running for a good amount of time. GE NERAL ADMINISTRATION QUESTIONS How should "admin sits" be handled? What is the process of handling them?: First order of business is that i would take the player who issued a report towards a person (the reason of course has to be serious) to a secluded area with no one around keeping in mind that roleplay and such are still on going so not disturbing them would be ideal, and ask the player who are they reporting.  As for example i'm gonna say that the player issued a report against SR 0002 Kenny knowing the reported player i would ask what has he done wrong. if the issuer is gonna saying something like "He RDMed or he Bunny Hopped/Fail RP" any of the kind i would then bring in the reported player to settle the matter out i would ask the reported what has he done as he clearly couldn't have been reported for the sake of it if the reported player responds with "I was Bunny Hopping around because i like Bunny hopping" i would then tell him that doing that is not allowed on the server and i would explain to him why he can't do that and such then i would even advise him to read the server rules if he hadn't or to read them again to make sure he knows what to do and to not do next time he plays, i would also check the logs for good measures and i would give him a verbal warn at first because from my point of view Bunny-Hopping is one of the most harmless bad things a player can do and such should be only verbally warned at first, if he does it a second time i will warn him accordingly for "Fail-RPing" the right after the sit has been handled with i will ask both players if the have any other endeavors or question they might want to ask me if they do i would gladly help them out and if not i would wish them a nice time on the server and set them back to their previous position. If there was a player "minging" around and not roleplaying correctly, what would you do?: if they i somehow see someone doing such a thing i would go to them and ask them nicely to stop doing that as it is a stupid behavior and not allowed on the server giving them a verbally warn by doing so, after a while or even right after if i see the respective player has ignored my verbal warn and continued on with him "minginess" i would pull him into an admin sit and sort things out with him by telling him that i already verbally warned him nicely to stop doing that and now he will be punished for his unthoughtful actions by warning him for "Minging" and advising him to refrain from doing so in the future or his repercussions will be even worse as for example if i do see him doing it again after being warned i would kick him or even ban depending on the gravity of the situation. If someone asked you to spawn an item or vehicle for them, how would you handle the situation?:  If the would want me to spawn an item or vehicle for them first order of business would be to ask them what item/vehicle and who desires it i would check their ranks and whatnot to see if they're allowed if they are and their reason for asking of the item/vehicle respects and follows a RolePlay related scene i would gladly help them out, but if not i would explain them that they're do not meet the requirements to make such a demand and therefore apologise for not being able to help them with their situation, wish them good luck and get back to what i was doing. What comes first? Role-play or administrative duty?: Of course that i would prioritize administrative duty since i myself made the decision to sacrifice my playtime for this, i would be a hypocrite and utter idiot to do otherwise while doing administrative duty of course i would play from time to time, we all need some time off especially if a person is hardworking.
